We help autistic and neurotypical leaders understand each other, communicate better, and build organizations where every mind is an asset — not a challenge to manage.
Most leadership frameworks were designed around a single neurotype. That leaves autistic leaders without the tools to lead authentically — and neurotypical leaders without the language to lead inclusively.
We bridge that gap. With lived experience, professional insight, and a framework built for the real world of business.
Our work is rooted in the real — raising Murna, navigating the autism community, and working alongside autistic adults in the workplace.
This isn't awareness work — it's performance work. We help organizations retain talent, improve team dynamics, and unlock competitive advantage.
We serve autistic leaders and neurotypical leaders equally. Because sustainable change requires both sides to grow.
Ongoing monthly advisory for organizations building real neurodiversity strategy — not just a one-day workshop. We embed with your HR and leadership teams.
1:1 coaching for autistic leaders navigating the complexity of people management, and neurotypical leaders who want to lead neurodivergent teams well.
Keynotes, team trainings, and group workshops that shift how entire organizations think about neurodiversity — from liability to leadership advantage.
"The most powerful minds in the room are often the most misunderstood."
This work began with one little girl named Murna. At 3 years old she was diagnosed with level 2 ASD — and everything changed. Not just at home, but in every corner of life, including career. Murna.net exists because the gap between where autistic individuals are and where they could be is not a gap in ability. It's a gap in understanding.
You've mastered your craft. Now you're navigating teams, communication, and leadership dynamics that weren't designed with your brain in mind. We help you lead authentically — on your terms.
You want to lead your neurodivergent colleagues and teams well — but no one taught you how. We give you the frameworks, language, and confidence to build genuinely inclusive teams.
Whether you're a leader on the spectrum, a leader trying to understand your team, or an organization ready to build something real — let's talk.
Murna.net exists because the gap between where autistic individuals are and where they could be is not a gap in ability. It's a gap in understanding.
At 3 years old, she was diagnosed with level 2 ASD. And in that moment, everything changed — not just at home, but in every corner of my life, including my career.
I'm a career-driven woman. Always have been. But suddenly I was navigating ABA therapy scheduled at 8am when I was supposed to be at work at 8am. Daycares that called to say Murna needed "too much attention." Public outings that became their own kind of marathon. Trying to hold friendships together while also holding everything else.
And doing all of it while managing my own ADHD diagnosis — with its own highs, lows, and moments of complete burnout.
What struck me most wasn't just how hard it was. It was how alone it felt. So many autistic adults and parents of autistic children are quietly carrying this weight — exhausted, burned out, and still trying to show up professionally like everything is fine.
Working alongside autistic adults as colleagues showed me something I couldn't unsee. When the environment was right — when leaders communicated clearly, when workplaces were built with flexibility and understanding — those colleagues didn't just keep up. They brought something extraordinary to the table. Perspectives, focus, and abilities that made entire teams better.
But when the environment got it wrong? I watched talented, capable people shrink. Get overlooked. Get pushed out. Not because of who they were — but because of how little the people around them understood.
That's when the question in the back of my mind shifted. It stopped being "What will Murna's future look like?" and became "What if I could help build that future — for Murna and for every person like her?"
Murna.net exists because the gap between where autistic individuals are and where they could be is not a gap in ability. It's a gap in understanding. And that's exactly what we're here to bridge.
As someone with ADHD herself and the mother of an autistic daughter, the founder of Murna.net brings something most consultants in this space simply don't have — a perspective shaped by both sides of the neurodiversity experience.
With professional experience working alongside autistic adults in corporate environments, she has seen firsthand what happens when organizations get inclusion right — and what's lost when they don't.
Murna.net is her answer to both.
We don't believe in masking. Every leader deserves the freedom to show up as who they actually are — and thrive because of it, not in spite of it.
This work isn't just about culture — it's about performance, retention, and results. We hold both the human and the business case equally.
Neurodiversity isn't a challenge to manage. It's a competitive advantage waiting to be unlocked. We're here to do the unlocking.
Let's start a conversation about what's possible for your organization or your leadership journey.
Not one-day workshops. Not checkbox DEI. Real, ongoing advisory that transforms how your organization understands and leads every kind of mind.
Most organizations approach neurodiversity as a one-time training problem. It isn't. Real, lasting change requires an ongoing strategic partner who understands both the human and business dimensions of neurodiversity in the workplace.
As your retained consultant, we embed with your HR and leadership teams to build a neurodiversity strategy that actually works — from policy review and manager coaching to talent retention and culture development.
Whether you're an autistic leader navigating the complexity of managing people for the first time, or a neurotypical leader trying to genuinely support your neurodivergent team — you deserve coaching built for your actual situation.
Our 1:1 coaching is grounded in real experience, not textbook theory. We work with who you actually are and build from there.
A single keynote or workshop can shift the entire conversation inside an organization. We bring real stories, practical frameworks, and the kind of honest insight that makes people think differently — and then act differently.
Available for corporate events, HR conferences, leadership summits, DEI initiatives, and business owner groups.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing any more than we believe in one-size-fits-all leadership. Let's talk about what's right for you.
